Yes. We support foreign businesses and their Indian entities with bookkeeping, MIS and Indian statutory compliance. Local-country filings are handled with your overseas advisors.
Is GST payable on export of services?
Exports are zero-rated. You can export under an LUT without paying IGST and claim a refund of unutilised ITC, subject to conditions such as receipt in convertible foreign exchange.
When are Form 15CA and 15CB required?
For most remittances to non-residents. A CA certificate in Form 15CB is needed where the payment is taxable in India and exceeds the prescribed limit.
